Cold Days, Warm Hearts, New Discoveries

I woke up today, frantic to finish the various projects that I’ve started and haven’t finished. I mentioned it on the podcast last week, but a vicious windstorm decimated my fencing in the backyard. The repairs put me even more behind than I was already going to be, so the urgency of all I had to do woke me up early this morning, most especially finishing this week’s episode, which is arguably the most important one I have ever written, as it contains new discoveries and new ideas about what was going on at Banister and Associates.

The temperatures have plummeted, and I have frost on the inside the door. I am baby sitting today, and we are baking up a storm to help keep the house warm. As I scramble to keep all the balls in the air and all the plates spinning, my heart is warmed by watching my youngest step into an older brother role with the little one I’m watching. I’m grateful for the help that Robert threw my way during my frantic preparations for the episode. I’m grateful for Gus Russo, Fred Litwin, David Reitzes, and Bill Simpich, researchers who fall all over the spectrum in regards to the assassination, but who did critical work over the decades that preserved or unearthed important details. I’m excited to share new details this week on my episode, some of which I only discovered this morning as I was organizing my research.

I hope you enjoy this week’s episode, which will be coming out on Tuesday! In this episode, I’ll be demonstrating what I think really happened when Guy Banister pistol-whipped Jack Martin in the detective agency on the day of the assassination, and it’s very different than nearly every narrative, and exposes a villain that has largely escaped notice.
